Andy, Owner

Andy Eline has had a passion for creating beautiful, functional living spaces and working with his hands. Andy has been living this passion out for the last twenty years as a builder and craftsman. His experience began in the late 1990s around 2000 in Iowa, when he started working on his parent's homes and alongside a neighbor who flipped houses and took Andy under his wing. In 2003, he became a framing carpenter, building new custom homes in Iowa and Illinois.  Andy relocated to Colorado in 2006 after the housing market crash to pursue snowboarding in the Rocky Mountains. He soon found himself with his tools in his hands again, this time building custom mountain homes on old undeveloped mining claims, and remodeling everything from log homes in the mountains, to high rise penthouse condos downtown Denver, and everything in between. Andy’s reputation for keeping a clean and respectful job site has spread by word of mouth and referrals. Andy has successfully completed  various types of renovation work, commercial construction, tenant finishes, maintenance and repairs, as well as owning a painting business in the Denver metro area for a period of time.

 Apart from witnessing his client’s happiness and satisfaction, Andy thrives on the feeling of walking through each job he’s completed, admiring the detailed work and seeing it function properly. Andy looks forward to continuing working with his hands, creating meaningful connections with new clients and maintaining service and beautiful work with many of his returning clients.

Sarah, Director of Communications

This last year,  Andy found that having a partner in growth was key and brought on a communications professional.  Sarah  brings 20 years of experience working in customer service and client care. She  has a passion for people and helping individuals with their unique projects and goals. Sarah is the primary point of contact and talks clients through each project start to finish.  Her passion is helping others being creative and making a difference.
